Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Below are the details about how orders are processed and shipped once they are placed on our website.

At Own Adaa, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in good condition and within the expected timeline.

Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed, it is processed within 1–3 working days.

Prepaid orders are processed faster than Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday between 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST, excluding public holidays.

Every order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, location accessibility, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India.

Any applicable charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for select locations.

COD orders may be verified by our team before dispatch. Own Adaa reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified.

Orders that are refused at the time of delivery may not be eligible for future Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery Address

Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number at the time of placing the order.

Own Adaa will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts to deliver your package.

If the delivery remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and confirmed by the courier partner, Own Adaa will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number which can be used to track the status of the shipment through the courier partner’s tracking page.

Tracking updates may take some time to reflect once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, Own Adaa ships across India only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order so that we can assist you.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • courier partner delays
  • weather conditions
  • transportation disruptions
  • other unforeseen events

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
