Delivery & Returns

At Own Adaa, every piece is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared for you. If something isn’t quite right, our team will be happy to help make it right.
We aim to keep our policies simple, transparent, and customer-friendly. Please read the information below regarding delivery, exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Delivery

We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required. Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, or unforeseen logistics delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select serviceable locations across India.

Every product at Own Adaa goes through a quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on logistics partners.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select locations in India depending on courier serviceability.

To ensure smooth delivery and reduce order refusals, some COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch

Example process:

  • Customer places a COD order
  • You will receive a WhatsApp message asking you to confirm the order
  • Please confirm your order by replying YES
  • If confirmation is not received within 12–24 hours, the order may be cancelled

Exchanges

We offer 1 Free Exchange per order within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only for size changes of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Exchange process:

  • Reverse pickup within 3–5 working days
  • Quality inspection after pickup
  • Replacement dispatched within 7–8 working days

Please note that we follow a one-time exchange or return policy per order.

Returns

We always recommend opting for an exchange first, as it is the fastest way to receive the right size or fit while ensuring you don’t miss out on your favourite style.

We also encourage customers to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

If you still wish to return a product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Once the return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup within 3–5 working days.

A ₹150 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

All returned packages are verified during the quality inspection process. Returns that contain incorrect items, missing items, or products not originally shipped by Own Adaa may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received by us and passes the quality inspection, you may choose one of the following refund options:

Refund to Original Payment Method

The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically take 7–10 working days after approval to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund as Own Adaa Gift Card

You may choose to receive your refund in the form of an Own Adaa Gift Card.

  • Gift Cards are issued within 2 working days after return approval.
  • Gift Cards can be applied at checkout under “Gift Card / Discount Code.”
  • Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

For a quicker refund process, many customers prefer choosing the Gift Card option, as it is processed faster.

Please note:

  • A ₹150 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Gift Cards cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

Product Condition Requirement

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Products that show signs of use such as makeup stains, perfume, washing, alterations, or damage will not be accepted. All returned items go through a quality inspection before approval.

Product Damage or Defect

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Defective items are eligible for:

  • Replacement
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Own Adaa Gift Card

Sandook Circle

Some products available under Sandook Circle may offer the option to be customized or specially prepared based on your preferences.

Since these items are crafted especially for you, they may require additional preparation time. Customized orders are typically delivered within 10–20 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically for you.

For non-customized Sandook Circle products, our standard 7-day return and exchange policy will apply, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, Own Adaa reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests from accounts that show a high rate of repeated returns or order refusals.

In such cases, future orders may be restricted to prepaid orders only.
